Who am I?

Have you ever thought about living in Miami? Did you think you had to do it all by yourself, or that no one would be able to help you efficiently?

 

We all went through that. We think it's complicated, complex... we even say "uffff, it's impossible!".

I also used to think "how do I start the whole moving process? How do I buy/ sell a house? Who to trust?"

I searched all over the internet. I remember having a million windows and tabs opened at the same time. I began to see a pattern. People were mentioning three words: "Real Estate Agent".​

​

I honestly had no idea what or who that was. A "real estate agent"? What is that exactly? But life pushed me towards that road, and I understood that is a NECESSARY link that guides my money to what I wanted to be

MY HOME.

Sure, I could do it alone. But to understand a bit what these agents are for, I could compare it with buying a used vehicle (after all, a house is a used article, right?). When we are purchasing a used car, we bring a friend with us to check the engine... or at least someone that knows mechanics. We don't want to put our money in something that is not worth it.​ We want to make sure our money is in a good place.

The real estate world is exactly that. The purchase of a house, commerce, or industry is usually one of the biggest investments a person does in their life. We do NOT want to take risks. And having someone professional with the experience can save us a lot of headaches...!

Today, after years, I am that Real Estate Agent that wants to help people choose THEIR HOME.
