With around the 70% of the population speaking in spanish, you won't have to pay a teacher to practice.

The offer is always high. There's a lot to choose from.
7. Getting a car is also easy.
Buying a car was never easier. In a city where having a car is a NECESSITY, car dealerships have found ways to make purchasing a car super duper easy.
8. Free education.
Miami has public schools that offer really good education.
9. Living can be affordable.
There are ways to make living affordable in Miami. Just a little bit further from the beach, prices of furniture, food, clothes and other products go as low as SO LOW!
10. Entertainment 24/7.
Shopping malls, museums, movie theaters and green areas are ALL OVER the city, inviting anyone that wants to be part of it.
